cassandra rose malfoy [/i][/color][/size]    [/center] [/url][/size][/b][/i] [/center] this is cassandra rose malfoy, but most will call her cassie. she's a seventh year slytherin, with most of the attitude to prove it. although she's blonde, she's not stupid and she doesn't take well to anyone who is. at the moment, her primary interests are winning anything and everything that potter attempts and that of her three closest friends. she's got a fair few cousins and second cousins around hogwarts, so she's never short of family attention. as for friendship, you'll know if she likes you or dislikes you almost instantly. mostly because she'll say so. although she might not seem it, she's easy enough to get along with, and omits the prejudices of her house in her choice of friends.

ollie and cassandra. ok so they're not going to get on. that's pretty obvious by the plot thing anyway haha but i'm guessing that seeing as they're same house, same year and all that, they'd probably run into each other quite a lot. i'm thinking that maybe whilst in their first years at hogwarts, he said something to her that really stuck with her and offended her and she's disliked him a little ever since anyway, and he doesn't make it easy for that to change because he'd probably be inclined to throw one or two insults out here or there. not to mention the fact that he'd try and keep an ear out on her plans too, seeing as he's in her house he has the most chance of hearing something from her and passing it back on. whatcha think?
and btw, i don't think that annie would get on well with her either, just because she's still slightly prejudiced more toward slytherin than any other house and i don't see these two getting on for some reason. that's the best i've got

FAITH & CASSANDRA – Okay so I was thinking this could go either way. Since they’re in different years I had to kind of randomly think of something that would have them know each other. Idea 1: Faith, upon arriving at Hogwarts, instantly managed to get on Cassandra’s bad side from day one. Perhaps it was a comment she made. She rubbed Cassandra the wrong way or something and, being older, Cassandra decided to put her in her place one way or another. Since then they’ve had some sort of rivalry/hatred going on. In other words, they really dislike each other. Usually that would be strange for Faith because she tries to be nice to most, especially those that are Slytherin’s, but perhaps she just really hated Cassandra’s personality. Idea 2: Basically the opposite. Even though they aren’t too far apart in age, Cassandra could have taken the liberty to take Faith “under her wing” so to speak. Sort of acting like an older sister to Faith. She could be that other voice in Faith’s troubles in the plot two scenario with her family troubles with her boyfriend and such. Alright so yeah that was all just random. xD
TREVOR & CASSANDRA – I crapped this one out randomly too. Not like Trevor has enough people that hate him but… Earlier in his years Trevor could have tried to get with her/constantly flirt with her/annoy the living crap out of her/all of the above. Even though Trevor doesn’t like her because he finds her personality irritating, Cassandra could totally hate him because he’s annoying, as well. He still loves to annoy the crap out of her when he can, even though he’s graduated, because pissing people off is his specialty. She could avoid the Hog’s Head or something.
Alright… yes I know they’re kind of lame but oh well.

[/i] and faith[/i][/size] so, i love both of those ideas and now i'm trying to choose between them. the one thing that makes me lean slightly more towards the rivalry thing is that i can't imagine cassie as being one to hand out advice. however, saying that, i can easily imagine her telling her to forget about everyone else, as it's her life. hmm. i think secretly she might like a little sister type that she could influence, but reading faith's application, there's every chance that she could rub her up the wrong way. i just realised i have pretty much typed out my thoughts and been nowhere near helpful.cassandra[/i] and trevor[/i][/size] yeah, i'd agree that there's little chance that she wouldn't find him annoying, because, well, he's trevor and the fact that she isn't the greatest fan of hufflepuffs you could meet. she'd definitely go out of her way to either annoy him, or avoid him as much as possible. sorted. well this could go either way.... before i get into that though, i could see them as childhood friends due to last names. she's a nott/goyle so, i'm sure her parents knew cassandra's father. so, they grew up together? now here's where it could split. idea1: cassandra is a year older than desdemona, but they're in the same house. maybe when dessy came into hogwarts cassie felt a bit threatened due to the fact dessy was also trying to be on top of everything. they're both competitive, so they can have their battles like cassie does with potter. so the friendship would have mostly died.. i mean there might still be some compassion there.. like when they need someone to back them up, they're there for eachother? yeah.. haha so, idea2: basically the opposite. they stayed friends, which could have turned into best friends, and worked as a team to keep on top. don't know what else to say here lol.. so i guess the choice is between rivals or bestfriends. thoughts?

[/i] and desdemona[/i][/size] i'd agree that they're likely to be childhood friends, due to their paternal relationships and all the stuff with their families making it likely they'd still get along and meet. so definitely started as childhood friends. as for the future, i'm leaning more towards being friendly to each other, as they share a few similar traits, but also because they're a similar age, house and are both chasers, so it's beneficial to them to be friendly. i also can't pass up the opportunity when they have similar nicknames - cassie and dessy. and i know that's a ridiculous reason to base a friendship on haha.
