Single. Pippa is a bit odd. She tends forget she’s in the middle of a conversation and will just start daydreaming, or even walk off. Sometimes she seems to stare through people or into the walls. This usually happens when she’s trying to figure out if something she thought of is real or not. Since she was nine years old she’s had trouble recognizing when her imagination has begun to run wild and can become confused as to whether or not things are real or imaginary – such as wondering if a large dog is sitting in her room or if it’s just a shadow, if she actually did her Potions work or if she just imagined she had, or if she’d had a conversation about Quidditch with someone or if she never actually introduced herself. It’s not something she likes to let people know about, so she just lets them think she’s strange. She’s also called ‘odd’ when she walks up to a complete stranger and starts a conversation, or when she says whatever’s on her mind (often without thinking over if it’s rude or not), when she gives out good luck charms and when it becomes quite obvious that’s she’s very gullible, and tends to trust people too easily for too long. All this oddity has limited her circle of friends somewhat, but what friends she does have quickly learn that she’s fiercely loyal, very fair, extremely generous, loves trying new things, has a great work ethic and has a healthy – if strange – sense of humor. But Pippa tends to make more friends than enemies, with a stare that lasts a minute too long or a careless remark. However, she normally doesn’t count someone her enemy, unless someone hurts one of her friends. Then she has a fire in her eyes and an ice in her voice that might come as pretty unexpected from the soft-voiced girl. As for love, well, she’s inexperienced in it. She’s had crushes before, but never acted on them for one reason or another. She doesn’t mind being single, but her older brother’s teasing and her parent’s questions about her non-existent love life have been starting to hurt. Maybe because most of her schoolmates have had relationships by now, and she’s starting to feel like she’s falling behind. And she’s never been very good with just accepting that she’s not very good at something…even if that something is dating. -x-x-x- Looking for friends, enemies, extended family, acquaintances, love interests...any and all.

heey :) i have three characters for us to plot up. the first is cassie, who's a slytherin. based on their personalities, i'm tempted to assume that the two girls wouldn't get along so well? unless you see differently, or really would like the two to be friends? but since you've described pippa as odd, and short of many friends, i'm returning to the rival/indifference/avoidance thing.
the second is max, as you can see, since i'm using this account to post. i'm not sure what kind of relationship they'd have, because, again, they seem slightly different. obviously they've got the same house thing, so i don't think they'd dislike each other terribly. again, these are my first ideas, so feel free to change, add or remove anything!
the last is helga hufflepuff. seeing as you've claimed the hufflepuff student (which i pretty much adore you for) i'm sensing plenty of plot ideas for this pair. i'm thinking helga would be rather fond indeed of her respective student. so, there's a brief overview of what i've thought of so far, feel free to do anything and come up with something better. :)

Pippa & Cassie I'm thinking avoidance/indifference might be spot-on. They both seem to be sort of bluntly honest characters, and that doesn't always go well together. Plus, I don't think Pippa would appreciate Cassie's more in-your-face personality, and I doubt Cassie would like Pip's strangeness. Of course, this is just what I get from reading her app. xD Pippa & Max Well, after reading his application, I'm not sure how close of friends they'd be. But they do have some chances to become friends, I think. They both like chess, so maybe they could become each other's...I don't know, chess rivals? xD And he's into muggle sports, which she knows almost nothing about. Pippa could have fun trying to pick his brain about them. They also both appreciate rainy days, but I'm not sure where we could go with that one, haha. Pippa & Helga Hufflepuff Yay Hufflepuff! xD Sadly, all I've got for her right now is that Pippa isn't going to be entirely sure it's really her in her dreams, or if she's just confused fantasy with reality again. Otherwise, she respects what she's read in books about the Founder of her House. If you have any further ideas/plans, let me know!

Pippa & Hallee Same house, same year, same dorm i'm thinking these two would be best friends, of course that is if Pippa can get past the whole werewolf thing. Anyways Hallee doesnt mind her being odd, in fact she'd find it refreshing compared to the other boring students. Hallee is very loyal to her friends to the point where if she thinks someone isnt treating them right, she'll march up to said someone and demand to know why etc. Perhaps Hallee could also help ground Pippa just a little, but either way i can definitely see them being friends. Pippa & Raychel Raychel's the chosen student for Ravenclaw. Before the whole being chosen and having to work together thing i doubt very much these two would have known each other. Both in different years and houses, i cant see them having any interaction. But after meeting for the friend time, i think Raychel would be weary of her before she got to know her better and in time i can see them become friends. add/edit/delete anything.

I actually couldn't agree more. They seem to have a lot in common - House/Year, obviously, but Care of Magical Creatures, having no problem standing up for their friends, being, ah...different. Pippa wouldn't have a problem with the werewolf thing - she doesn't really have a problem with anyone, as long as they're not outright offensive. Hallee really could help keep Pip, well, sane...and lend her a hand with her organizational skills (though she's a hard worker, she's not great with the organization). Pip can be a great confidant, and wouldn't let what anyone says get in the way of being a good friend. ...now for the confusing bit, for me. Some people like to have a pre-made friendship, and some like to build it in-game. Which would you prefer?
Pippa & Raychel I don't think they'd interact at all beforehand, being from different Houses and years and Pip's social group being small. But once they begin working together I think Pippa would instinctively like Raychel, even more so once observing her hard-working nature and intelligence. She's not shy with trying to start a conversation, even if it's with a stranger. But she's used to people being put off by her, and after a while would probably give up and give Raychel her own space. But in the long run, I think they could possibly become friends, or at least friendly acquaintances. |

Pippa & Isaac I like how "odd" Pippa is. I think that she and Isaac could be very silent together. I feel that maybe she'd have randomly sat down next to him one time, and never said a word. He'd sort of look over at her curiously, and go back to looking forward. This awkward sort of interaction (or lack of), I think would work well between her strangeness and his deafness/quietness. That's my first impression. :B If you have any awesome ideas, let me know!

Pippa & Isaac I was actually going to suggest something in his plotter, I just couldn't figure out what. xD That sounds like a genius idea. It's very Pippa-like to just sit next to someone without so much as a word (though she might try to leave him with candy, a good luck charm or something she's cross-stitched). She doesn't know any sign language but she loves new challenges and would probably like to learn better ways of communicating with him, even if they don't become. Sadly, awesome ideas don't seem to be appearing to me at the moment, but if you want to try roleplaying that scene out (or having this pre-esablished?)let me know.

Pippa & Cassie nawh, i think you're right about them choosing to ignore/avoid each other, merely because they both have reasons to avoid conversation with the other. i think, as you said, cassie would indeed find pippa a little bit too odd to spend too much time in her company. Pippa & Max haha, you're fine. i didn't mean to suggest that pippa and max would be close friends since i feel they're rather different, despite some similarities. i think he'd occasionally enjoy her company and conversation however, perhaps stemming from their shared love of chess. (: Pippa & Helga Hufflepuff since we both hopefully know where we're going with these two, i'm going to go ahead and assume that we've covered most things for all of the above and sorted? |

Pippa & Annie erm, idk what these two would be like, they seem to get on pretty well and annie's trusting her enough to shift her worries onto her, sorry about that haha but she's got so much to worry about she needed to unload. so if you've got any ideas for these two... Pippa & Godric he'd probably be greatful that pippa is helping bring helga back, and i assume that they'd be in contact one way or another. but i have no specific ideas for the two of them. anything on your part? sorry i keep asking for your ideas haha i suck at plotting with teachers sometimes. Pippa & sophie sophie has recently come back from france after moving away from a year. she started off in hogwarts and then her parents decided to move her and away she went. she fought like hell to get back home and has just managed to. anyway, they're in the same year and i know they're different houses but maybe they used to be old friends before they moved? i'm not sure if they've much in common but that could be the draw? opposites attract etc? soph's changed a little so whether or not pippa accepts her back with open arms or rejects her for leaving, it's up to you... but obvs there's other ideas if you didn't like this one.
